- This is considered an investor loan
- You don’t need W-2, income verifications and tax return
- Similar to a commercial loan that uses the debt to qualify.
BANK STATEMENT HOMELOAN
- You will be able to qualify for a mortgageusing your bank statements rather than your tax returns
- Your downpayment is normally in the higher end for 10-20%
USDA
- Aimed at borrowers buying ine eligible rural areas
- It does have income limits and vafies by location
- It is a government backed loan
- Along with NO-DOWNPAYMENT you can qualify for modest lower fixed interest rates.
